Honorarium Eligibility

Ward Stewards receive monthly honorarium from Purple Cap (₹500–₹1,000) to Orange Cap (₹5,000–₹10,000). Bank verification with a ₹1 micro-credit is required to enable payments.

Bank Account Verification
To enable honorarium payments, WTCM verifies your bank account by crediting ₹1 to confirm the details are correct and the account is active. This is a one-time process.

Click "Send ₹1 Verification Credit" below. WTCM will initiate a ₹1 NEFT/IMPS transfer to your account.

Within 24–48 hours, check your bank account. You should receive ₹1 with the reference "WTCM-VERIFY".

Once you confirm receipt, your bank account is verified and honorarium disbursements are enabled.

2. I am voluntarily applying to the We The Change Makers Ward Steward Programme and understand the responsibilities involved.

3. I authorise WTCM / AAKRI to credit ₹1 to my provided bank account for verification purposes, and to subsequently transfer honorarium payments as per my cap level performance.

4. I commit to fulfilling my duties as a Ward Steward to the best of my ability, maintaining transparency, and upholding the values of community service, sustainability, and civic responsibility.

5. I understand that any false information or misconduct may result in removal from the programme.

6. I consent to WTCM using my name, photo, and community impact data for programme documentation, reporting, and awareness campaigns (without commercial use).
